Mr. CB Jain, has been CEO of AJMS. Conceptualizing ideas and clients requirements into business opportunities is prominent of his myriad responsibilities in the company. Mr. Jain has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry.

Mr. Jain founded AJ Metallic Systems in 1994 which later became AJMS Engineers Pvt. Ltd in 1997. With AJMS Mr. Jain has worked on projects ranging from structure for 31 km cross country conveyor belt at various locations for Dalmia Cement to false ceiling and interiors at International Terminal- 3, IGI Airport, at various screens (audis) for PVR and at various metro stations for DMRC.

Under Mr. Jain’s leadership AJMS has successfully completed sheeting work covering over 2 million sq mtr area and false ceiling work covering over 0.5 million sq mtr. The company has also done acoustics for over 90 auditoriums for various multiplex chains like PVR, Fame and others.

Mr. Jain has been instrumental in AJMS successfully completing over 150 projects at various locations in India and in the process has established a legacy in the industry.

Amit Jain is responsible for Operations and for Business Development (Sales and Marketing) for the company. Amit has an experience of over 7 years in sheeting, structures and civil construction and has overseen supply and installation of over 1,000,000 sq mtr of sheeting and 12,500 mtr of conveyor belt hood covering for various clients for IIPL.

Previously Amit has worked with Axis Bank in project advisory role and has done advisory of organizations like NHAI and JNPT and big infrastructure corporations. Before forming Ingenium, Amit was working with ING Vysya Bank where he was instrumental in raising over INR 10,000 million for various corporates. Amit is a B.E. (Computer Science) and a PGDM (MBA) from IIM, Lucknow in 2007.

Sh. Prabhat Ranjan Gupta, heading Design and Engineering at IIPL has worked extensively in designing of various plants mainly in Steel industry in various geographical locations. He has wide body of work in designing and engineering of Steel Plants including Rolling Mills, SMS plants, DRIs, Pellet Plants, Beneficiation plant, Ferro-alloys plant etc. of various brown field and green field projects in West Africa, West Asia, South Asia, South-East Asia and domestically in India.

A scholar throughout his studying days, Sh. Gupta is B.E. (Civil) from M.I.T, Muzaffarpur and has over 25 years of experience in consulting, designing and engineering works for various, Civil, Structural and Pre-Engineered Building works.

He has worked for premium consulting engineering firms like R. Singh & Associates Pvt. Ltd. and Korus Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. before joining IIPL as its President – Design & Engineering.

Aashima Jain is a professionally qualified Interior Designer and heads Designorbis based in Bangalore as the Chief Designer. She brings with her eleven years of work experience under eminent architects in Delhi and Bangalore in diversified projects. In due course of time she has worked on projects like underground metro station DMRC Delhi, Dial (T3 Terminal) false ceiling details, PWC, Genpact, KPMG, AC Nielson, Times of India etc. under renowned architects. After working on such large quantum of projects she desired to form the organization to mark her presence in the field by interjecting a different outlook towards interior design. She is an intense personnel who have an eye for detailing and likes to get into core of design principles.

Supriya Bajaj Jain is responsible for Business Development (Sales and Marketing) for the company. Supriya has an experience of over 8 years in marketing.

Previously Supriya has worked with Orange Cross (a venture of Indus Medinet Ventures Pvt. Ltd.). She joined the core founding team as the Marketing Head and played an instrumental role in generating new business for the firm.

Before joining Ingenium, Supriya was working with Nature Morte (India’s leading Art Gallery) as Project Manager and solely handled over 150 exhibitions from installation to sales.
She provided art advisory to corporates like JSW, Essar, Greenply, Fortis Hospitals, Grant Thornton and many more.

Supriya has a degree in B.B.A from Amity University, Noida, 2008.
